TV

Sorry that I haven't been posting very often. I will get back to my regular routine sometime in October. We're in the midst of moving to a new home and I haven't been able to get online with any regularity.

One of the most difficult aspect of this moving process is the fact that football season is well underway and we keep missing games. This past Sunday, the Eagles were playing the Steelers and I was dying to see the game. After church, I was working at our new home, but we don't have cable set up yet. I tried my hardest to invite myself to other people's homes, but that didn't pan out.

So I found an old antenna TV and began playing around with it to see if I could pick up a signal. I struggled with it for over a half-hour and I was eventually able to get a very grainy picture of the Eagles game. Unfortunately, I couldn't get sound. So I turned a radio on and found a broadcast of the game. I had picture and sound, but the TV and the radio were off by about 10 seconds. As I watched every play, I had to wait ten seconds to hear it take place. It made me laugh.

The picture above is a glimpse of what I stared at for 3 hours on Sunday.

Wow. You're a die hard fan. I couldn't deal with that delay. :)

I would not either. Sadly enough you watched more of the game than I did.
