Big fat update 11

Date I started trying to lose weight: 7/8/07
Starting weight: 205-209 lbs.
Goal weight: 158-162 lbs.
Current weight: 167 lbs.
Total pounds lost so far: 38 lbs.

I have started to use the elliptical first thing in the morning for 30 minutes. Periodically throughout the day, I lift dumbbells or do push ups. This combination seems to have re-awakened my metabolism because the weight is dropping quickly again.
I'm getting very close to my goal weight. We are taking a family vacation in a couple months and I expect to have fully reached my goal by then.
It has been almost 5 months since I started this effort. Crazy how quickly the time has elapsed.
