Closing time

The other evening, Andrea and I had a few hours free, so we took the kids out to eat and then decided to stop at Wal-Mart. It was getting a little late, and this is how the conversation went.

Me: Let's stop at Wal-Mart and buy a
small vacuum for the car.

Andrea: OK

Me: I hope they are still open. Any idea if this
Wal-Mart is a "24-hour Wal-Mart?"

Andrea: I think it is, and they are usually open
'till at least 10 or 11.

At that point, I just stared at Andrea and laughed. She realized what she had said right away, but I thought it would be more fun to be obnoxious and laugh so hard that she couldn't correct herself. Thankfully she's a good sport and laughed about it too.

On a related note, I have started to regard shopping at Wal-Mart as a consumer-friendly form of torture.

I love your wifey.

***ERAAAA

ps. I always use ERA as my "code" name because: 1. you know an excess of Saras ( i just made a palindrome)and 2. i do not want to the world wide web to know my full name. creepy.

ALSO. im sorry for the length of this rediculous comment.

It's ok Andrea I got it. I didn't realized what you said either until I read his comment. Oh well. I saw an FJ Cruiser on the way to West Virginia the other day. I thought of you as I took a picture on my phone. Anyway, I thought I'd tell you that whenever you call me now that is what I see. I also miss you and your family too much. Need some Stange time lol. Anyway, I'll see you Labor Day weekend.

It's probably a good thing I wasn't there... it would have gotten ridiculous with the amount of laughter and only-sister-understandable conversation.
