Behr
Over the past few weeks, much of our spare time has been spent with painting projects at the camp and elsewhere. Painting can be tiring. It tends to make my back hurt. My wife admitted today that it even makes her un-naturally hungry. But there is a bright spot to our painting. We have discovered Behr paints. I do believe that I used this brand many moons ago, but now I'm learning to love it all over again. After painting with a bunch of cheap brands, I decided to splurge and buy something a little better, largely because I wanted to use their color "Harvest Brown," (and I had a gift card).
Behr goes on evenly, and barely needs a second coat. That is RARE.
I have also discovered that Behr paint makes an excellent cake icing. You would love the semi-gloss carrot cake my wife made a few days ago. I would also recommend her all-weather exterior pretzel dip. It's to die for.

You should have wrote "Behr goes on evenly, and behrly needs a second coat." :)
I have a friend who is a painting contractor and he swears by the premium plus, not only in application, but how long it lasts. It's crazy to lug all those cans of the cheap stuff home and spend all days trying to get it to stick to the walls. Even if Behr is twice the price, you have to buy 3-4 times as much of the cheap stuff, so you're getting ripped off. AND you have to paint again sooner. One coat, maybe a little touch-up and you can go get a slurpee with the kids instead of wasting the whole day painting. So, I guess what I am trying to say is, that you should only buy the cheap paint if you plan on learning karate in a weekend, Daniel-San.
So, I come home tomorrow morning! Which pretty much means nothing becuase I think I will only get to see you on Sunday after church. :( But it is still exciting.
Hope you had a good mission's trip. Most likely we will only get to see you after church on Sunday, but I'm sure the kids will still be excited. If you get bored, come help us with the retreat. It's going to be a big one.
