Differences between men and women

Scott McGrady called me this past Saturday to ask my opinion on this question, "What are the differences between men and women." He had to survey a few people for his counseling class. Here are a few of my thoughts. Feel free to add to the list.
1. Men are more spacially aware than women. Women are more likely to walk in front of you without realizing they have done so. This just happened to me in Lowe's as a woman walked right in front of my cart without looking to see if someone might be coming by. Women always do this at the mall as well.
2. Women are better at multi-tasking. I have seen Andrea cook dinner, paint the kitchen, read stories to the children, label constellations, record the genus and species of a fruit fly and give the neighbors hair cuts all at the same time. I, however, prefer to focus on just one thing at a time and get annoyed when I'm interrupted.
3. Women hold grudges longer. Men can get upset with each other and even come to the point of physically injuring each other, yet the next day become best friends again. Women remember every time someone looks cross-eyed at them and deep down, resent that person for years. This is one reason men tend to have more friends than women.
4. Men say what they mean (no interpretation necessary). Women say what they feel (interpretation often necessary). Thus, because we communicate differently, we mis-read each other and end up arguing needlessly.
5. Women look and smell good. It's rare when that statement isn't accurate. If men look or smell good, it's considered a special occasion or a rarity.
I have obviously written this list from the male perspective. I will add to it if I can think of a few other notable differences. Feel free to offer a few other suggestions if you have additional insight.

Your list seems quite accurate. Except for the fact that I don't think Andrea has quite done all those things at the same time lol.. but pretty close. I have to say that at church when you wanted us to finish the sentence, neat freak was deffinity not the 1st word that came to mind. lol..
#5 very true men rearly smell good well at i least i don't as many camp people kno taking this weekend for excample 1 shower
Danny you were the first thought in my head when I saw that comment
I have to say mine too but then I thought about how there are some boys that always have to be clean and end up caring more than girls sometime and this person who I thought of will remain nameless. Anyway, I wanted to say that you have added things since this weekend and I must agree with the whole thing about the way women and men communicate. I think that women need to get better at saying exactly what they mean because it can be ridiculous. Oh well, I don't really see it happening any time soon. Tell Andrea I hope she is feeling better.
I'm tellin' you man, that Stange's Market T-shirt is gonna be all the rage this Christmas...
well danny i happen to smell good the majority of the time so you're differnce is therefore debunked and you should revise to say this...."most men do smell good most of the time, however the ability to smell bad and not care is unmatched...bottom line women smell nice for themselves , and men smell nice for women"
Tommy, I love the last comment, "bottom line, women smell nice for themselves, and men smell nice for women." Too true. How does a High School senior fathom such depths of knowledge.
I'm a woman and I say what I mean, whereas (one word?)I know men who are the opposite and say what they feel but actually mean something completely different....
Also, I think women are only better at multi-tasking because SOMEONE has to be, and it's ususally left up to them.
And lastly, my husband smells WONDERFUL!!! mmmm, love his cologn!
I dont' often ware purfume.
:)
Men don't need as many compliments as women. Women don't need as many gadgets as men.
