Yoda

But I have one more question that still remains unanswered. If Yoda has the ability to fly through the air and wield a light-saber while doing a backflip off a wall, why does he find it necessary to use a cane when he walks.
Confusing, it is.

What I wanted to tell you on Sunday morning, but you were sleeping.

he's trying to give you the illusion that he's weak, and can't fight when in actuality he's awesome.. lol sorda like how you give the illusion that you're really strong when in actuality you're really not..
Bro, your best entry yet. :)
Maybe he just likes the look of it.

I can't really say that I thought the movie was great, but it was better than the last two and definately entertaining and epic. Yoda was great. I actually laughed when he mind-threw those two red guards on either side of him into the wall in that one scene.
Actually, Yoda is weak and frail, but he is able to fly around and backflip and use a light saber with deadly accuracy because he has the "force". The force flows through him at his will, so he can do all that stuff. (he teaches Luke to do all that stuff in Episode 5, my favorite) He couldn't possibly be faking it all the time with a cane to give a bigger sense of adventure or to make it more exciting. After all, adventure, excitement, a Jedi craves not these things. I hope answers your questions this does, young Padawan.
Todd, that is an insightful answer. I imagine that correct, you are.
